FREE Shipping Policy
Orders of $39 or more are eligible for Free shipping via USPS First Class
Mail. FREE shipping is only for orders shipped to the United Sates,
except Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that for an additional charge, customers may UPGRADE the
shipping of their package to any one of the methods described below as
well as add insurance. Please read the full description of our shipping
methods below.
Our Shipping Methods
USPS - First Class Mail
First class mail is the lowest cost shipping method. Delivery typically
takes between 3-14 working days, depending on destination and time of
year. USPS nor CPR Technology guarantee delivery times. All packages have
a 'DELIVERY CONFIRMATION' number. This number is automatically sent to you
via e-mail when the package is shipped. This is NOT a tracking number and
it will not tell you where your package is at any point in time. The only
time information will shown is when the package has actually been
delivered. First Class Mail packages DO NOT include insurance unless you
specifically select this option during check out. If you decline to add
insurance to your order it will ship at your risk and we will not issue a
refund in the event of loss.
USPS - Priority Mail
US Postal Service Priority Mail is an
economical and relatively fast method for shipping. Average delivery time
is 2 - 4 days, depending on destination and time of year. USPS nor CPR
Technology guarantee delivery times. All packages have a 'DELIVERY
CONFIRMATION' number. This number is automatically sent to you via e-mail
when the package is shipped. This is NOT a tracking number and it will not
tell you where your package is at any point in time. The only time
information will shown is when the package has actually been delivered.
First Class Mail packages DO NOT include insurance unless you specifically
select this option during check out. If you decline to add insurance to
your order it will ship at your risk and we will not issue a refund in the
event of loss.
UPS Ground
UPS Ground service is a reliable replacement for USPS First Class Mail and
is usually much faster than USPS. UPS provides up-to-the-minute tracking
information. All packages include shipping insurance. Ground service takes
any where from 2-7 working days for delivery depending on destinations.
UPS Ground does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. The map
below indicates approximate delivery times:
UPS Air Shipment
You may choose from Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day. If you are in hurry or in
need for the items on schedule, select this method. Up-to-the-minute tracking
information is provided with each Air Shipment.
Insurance and Lost Packages
USPS Packages
No refund or replacement order will be due to customers who decide not to
insure their package. If after 14 days, the Delivery Confirmation number
shows your package has not been delivered, we will reship the items at no
additional charge to you or issue you a refund. You must send a signed
statement to us regarding the loss. We need this to process the
insurance claim.
UPS Packages
Shipping prices quoted includes insurance. We will reship or issue you a
refund as soon as UPS approves the insurance claim.
In-House Processing Procedures:
- Orders received before 3pm EST (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the SAME DAY
by any method you choose.
- Orders received after 3pm EST (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the NEXT
BUSINESS DAY
by any method you choose.
- Orders received Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday by any
method you choose.
FEDEX and United Parcel Service DO NOT deliver packages on Saturday / Sunday. In other
words, a Next Day Air package that is shipped on Friday will be delivered
on Monday. A 2 Day Air package that is shipped on Friday will be delivered
on Tuesday.
Business days DO NOT include: Saturday, Sunday, New Years Day, Memorial
Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We
are CLOSED during these days, however, you may place orders on our web
site.
Regarding shipments to Canada, we are not responsible for Broker Fees,
Import Duties or any other fees associated with the shipment.
Shipping fees are a combination of postage and handling fees.
